Apple Watch is especially good if you wear a watch during training and sports. Unfortunately, sometimes the watch can be distracted from the training with constantly pop-up notifications. You can enable Do Not Disturb, but then the clock requires too much attention to prepare for training. Fortunately, this mode can be turned on automatically.
Our colleagues from iDownloadBlog found an amazing feature of watchOS 4, which is currently actively used by application developers. Later, the update will be available to all owners of Apple Watch. The peculiarity is that the "Do Not Disturb" mode can automatically turn on during training.
In order to configure the automatic "Do Not Disturb" mode, you will need an iPhone with iOS 11 and Apple Watch running watchOS 4.
- Open the Watch app on the iPhone.
- In the "My Watches" section, select the "Basic" settings item.
- Next go to the Do Not Disturb settings section.
- Turn on the Do Not Disturb mode for training.
I want to once again pay attention to the fact that the function is available only in iOS 11 and watchOS 4. In older versions of the software such an item in the settings of the "Do Not Disturb" mode is not present.
